Purpose of the Study:

The purpose of this study was to review the productivity, travel time and reliability, crowding, frequency and quality of service indicators (as outlined in the Metrobus Network Evaluation and Future Fleet Needs Study) for each of the routes listed below and recommend service improvements that were essential to address their strategic needs.


Lines Reviewed:

Two lines were chosen for the Metrobus Service Evaluation Studies in 2009, based on customer complaints and an assessment made by Metrobus Operations service planners.
